- CRM & automation tools
- Marketing consultation for tradies
2. Payments
- All services are billed as per agreed packages
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless stated otherwise
- Late payments may incur a fee
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to required content/assets
- Review and approve deliverables within the project timeline
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- You own all content we create for you, once full payment is made
- We may showcase your project in our portfolio
- Late payments may incur a fee
5. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of leads)
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from third-party platform issues
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Project cancellations must be notified in writing
- Refunds are assessed based on work completed
